Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special clearance events
  • Intimate apparel including lingerie and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Login to your account and go to "My Orders" or contact our customer service team.
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Fill out the return form with the reason for return.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  5. Hand over to courier - we'll arrange a pickup or provide a return shipping label.
  6. Track your return using the tracking number provided.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We'll send you an email confirmation that your return has been received.
  • Your return will be inspected within 2-3 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund to bank account (you'll need to provide account details)
  • Store Credit: Immediate (optional, with 10% bonus credit)

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges for eligible items:

  • First exchange is FREE (including shipping)
  • Exchange must be for the same product in a different size
  • Subject to availability
  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
  • No return shipping charges for damaged/defective items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to post)
  • Contact your bank (processing time varies)
